Malacca trip form

Hi all,

For those who are interested in going on the Malacca trip, the pupils would have received 2 forms to fill in yesterday together with a letter. Please fill in the two forms and submit together with a photocopy of the passport by Friday, 9 March. 

The folllowing pupils have yet to submit:
 
- Megan (collecting 30 March 2018)
- Shu Man (collecting on 31 March 2018)
