September holiday homework

Hi everyone,

Hope you are gearing up in your revisions during the upcoming Sep holidays for any topics that you are still not so confident in. At the same time, remember to have a good rest before the last term of the year begins.

The following is the homework for the Sep holidays:
Maths - Review 5 and McOnline (2 exercises on Angles. 1 on Fractions)
Science - Practice Paper

For those who have yet to return the Progress Checklist for Term 3 (pink colour), please do so when school re-opens on Monday, 11 Sep.

To those who gave me cards and presents today for Teacher's Day, thank you very much. As I told the class, the best present you can give any teacher is to do your best to get good results and your good behaviour, something which is achievable by all pupils.

Lower Primary Sports Day

Hi all,

We had our annual Lower Primary Sports Day on Monday, 28 Aug 2017. Congratulations to our teams for coming in 2nd in Game Three and 3rd in Game Four. Kudos to everyone for putting in their best effort in their games and cheers. Here are some photos from the event.

Maths file returned today

Dear all,

We did filing today and the pupils are bringing home the Maths file today to use as revision for Maths Test 5 on Friday.

For Science test, please revise the Diversity and Interactions textbooks plus the Diversity Activity Book.

Pupils are bringing home a yellow colour Principal's letter today.

Last week, all the pupils were issue with a letter from HPB. Some pupils would require follow-up action from the parents, as stated in the letter.

Homework on 16 Aug

Dear all,

The following homework are to be done over the long weekend starting tomorrow. Please hand them in on Monday, 21 August.

Complete all pages in activity book (pg 23, 24, 26-37)

I will return the Maths file on Monday for the pupils to revise for the Maths test 5 on Friday. Pupils can use the Science Activity Books (Diversity and Interactions) which are with them to revise for the Science test 2 on Thursday.

For those who have yet to hand in the class photo order form, please do so by Monday. The envelope together with a paper were given to the pupils yesterday.

Maths Test 5 and Science Test 2

Dear all,

Please take note of the dates for the following tests:

- Science Test 2 will be on Term 3 Week 9 Thursday, 24 August 2017. Topics tested: Diversity, Magnets.
- Maths Test 5 will be on Term 3 Week 9 Friday, 25 August 2017. Topics tested: Fractions, Money, Angles and Set Grouping.

Homework and return of Maths test 4

Dear all,

Please complete all of Chapter 9 Money and hand in on Friday, 11 Aug.

I have returned Maths Test 4 to the pupils today to bring home for parents to sign. Please sign and return the paper tomorrow.

For the pupils, remember to wear red and/or white attire with school shoes and socks for tomorrow's celebrations.
